The Toronto Wildlife Centre says it has safely situated a coyote that was the topic of an assault on a small canine in a Scarborough neighbourhood, including that “this isn’t a cheerful ending” for the animal.

680 NEWS first broke the information of the coyote assault on July 21 after Scarborough resident Dorothy Kwan detailed an incident that noticed her six-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, Macy, and her daughter, Lilly, attacked by the coyote on a morning stroll.
